The Basics (Included with each consultation) Aside from the specialized benefits each consultation package holds, you will receive: An assessment of the general questionnaire that you fill out. An assessment of the level placement questionnaire that you fill out. A customized client profile developed for you focusing on incarceration issues. Up to 2 hours of telephone, email or letter interviews with you to answer specific questions. This may consist of up to 5 separate communications. Personalized written report presented to you. Recommendations for further resources – books, articles, and web sites.
Consultation Packages
Phone/Email Package This is the most limited consultation package and includes all of "The Basics" listed above. In addition, if you provide us with a 1-hour video tape of your answers to our questions, we will evaluate you and further assess your behavior. Benefits: - You may receive your consultation anywhere. - This is the least expensive package.
Price:	$275.00 for jail $375.00 for prison
Personal Visit Package This package includes everything in the Phone/Email Package, but also includes an in-person meeting of up to 4 hours with a Dr. Prison representative. This allows you to ask questions on the spot and allows us to be more thorough with our assessment of your strengths and weaknesses. Benefits: - More thorough than the Phone/Email Package. - More personalized to your needs than the Phone/Email Package. - The in-person meeting allows for real-time assessment and interaction within a role-playing environment.
Price:	$375.00 + Travel Expenses for jail $575.00 + Travel Expenses for prison
Video Teleconference Package This package combines the personalization of the Personal Visit Package with the convenience of the Phone/Email Package. Along with all of "The Basics," you get an additional hour of telephone, email, and letter interviews, and a 1 hour meeting via video teleconference to answer specific questions. Benefits: - More thorough than the Phone/Email Package. - More personalized to your needs than the Phone/Email Package. - The video teleconference meeting allows for real-time assessment and interaction within a role-playing environment. - Unlike the Personal Visit Package, there are NO TRAVEL FEES necessary. - The additional hour of phone, email, or letter correspondence allows for as many questions as possible to be answered before the teleconference meeting. Because of that, nearly as much can be done in the video teleconference meeting than in the personal visit meeting.

Terms for All Plans: *Payment must be paid in advance via credit card or money order.* Personal checks must clear before services are rendered. Consulting contract must be signed by client.
